The Ansonia Rod and Gun Club was established in 1939 as a private shooting club for members and their guests.  Facilities include a club house, skeet and trap fields and an enclosed rifle and pistol range

The club is open every day of the year except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Shooting hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 2 p.m.
